Yes. We are a full-service manufacturing partner. We offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) services where we produce bags based on your specific designs and “Tech Packs,” as well as ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services where you can customize our existing templates with your branding, material preferences, and unique functional features.

As a factory geared toward both scaling brands and established retail chains, our MOQs are designed to be competitive. While the exact number depends on the complexity of the design and the availability of specific materials, we generally work with bulk wholesale volumes. Please contact our team with your project details for a specific quote tailored to your needs.

Sampling: Usually takes 7–10 business days once the design is finalized.

Mass Production: Generally ranges from 30 to 45 days, depending on the order volume and material sourcing requirements.

What We Do With Your Information

When you purchase  something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and  email address
 
When you browse our store, we also  automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and  operating system.

We may send you emails about our store,  new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent ? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and  using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information  for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

In general, the  third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your  information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services  they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service  providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors,  have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required  to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.        

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which  your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a  different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you select to proceed with  a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider,  then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.     

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act. 

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. As all payments are made through Bola Bag, we will not store your credit card information.

Pricing And Payment

Your Transaction

We accept MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. A price is provided for each product in a currency based on the delivery address entered at time of checkout (not the billing address).

Local Consumption Taxes and Customs Duties

The price paid doesn’t include local consumption taxes and customs duties. We are located in Vietnam and ship from that country. Customs duties and local consumption tax vary depending on the country of destination.

Customs duties depend on the type of goods and sometimes benefit from Free Trade Agreements. In countries with consumption tax, this tax is applied even if such an agreement exists.

Freight forwarders like FEDEX or postal services will pay those taxes on your behalf to local customs and request payment at time of delivery, and they charge a fee for this service. These costs aren’t part of the shipping fees and must be paid to receive your order.

We will not provide a refund should you refuse to pay the due taxes to the transporter.

The transporter will contact you by SMS or email ahead of delivery for payment of taxes. In case of doubt about the legitimacy of the message (fear of scam), double-check the tracking number against the one our system sends you at time of completion of order.

Shipping Policy

Coverage

Bola Bag ships worldwide. However, due to geopolitical situations, carrier restrictions, or local import regulations, delivery may not be available to certain countries/regions at specific times.

If you are located in a remote area or a restricted zone where DHL/FedEx cannot provide service, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm delivery availability.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days, depending on stock availability and the season.

Some customized or made-to-order products may require additional production time. In such cases, our team will contact you to confirm the estimated timeline before shipment.

Please note that customs clearance may extend the delivery timeline depending on your country’s import process.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please keep this tracking information in case the carrier contacts you via SMS or email for delivery updates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on parcel weight, dimensions, and destination. Bola Bag supports part of the shipping cost to offer customers a more competitive shipping rate.

The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Returns

Solving An Issue

Bola Bag only accepts returns or exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

To be eligible, customers must notify us within 7 days after receiving the parcel.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the product has been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

If you receive an item with a defect (such as damaged stitching, broken hardware, or incorrect product), please contact us and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos showing the issue clearly

Important: You must contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible with the next steps.

Wholesale Policy

At Bola Bag, we specialize in premium bags and accessories designed for international markets. To ensure a smooth and professional partnership with our wholesale clients, please review our wholesale policy below.

Eligibility

Wholesale accounts are available to:

  • Retailers (online/offline)
  • Distributors

During account setup, we may request business verification documents such as a business license, tax ID, or resale certificate.

Minimum Order Requirements

  • Wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order value (MOV).
  • Products may be sold in case packs or standard packaging units, depending on the item.
  • Sample orders may be available for quality evaluation upon request.

Exact MOQ and pack size will be confirmed during quotation.

Pricing & Payment

  • Wholesale pricing will be provided after account approval or confirmation of your business profile.
  • Prices may be adjusted depending on material costs, production complexity, exchange rates, and logistics conditions.
  • Accepted payment methods may include: Bank Transfer (T/T), PayPal, Credit Card, or other agreed methods.
  • Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before production or shipment.

For large-volume orders, flexible payment terms may be discussed case by case.

Production & Order Lead Time

  • Production time depends on order quantity, product type, and stock availability.
  • Some designs may require custom development, hardware sourcing, or additional sampling.
  • Estimated timelines will be confirmed once the order details are finalized.

Bola Bag will update clients if any unexpected delay occurs.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms will be confirmed in the quotation (Incoterms such as FOB / EXW / CIF / DDP may be available depending on destination).
  • Buyers are responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and any local handling charges unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delivery timelines vary by destination, carrier availability, and customs clearance procedures.

We cooperate with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and secure international delivery.

Quality Control & Inspection

All products are inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
If you require third-party inspection, it can be arranged upon request.

Returns & Claims

Wholesale orders are not refundable or returnable unless:

  • The items received are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect compared to the confirmed order.

Any claim must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery, along with clear photo/video evidence.

Approved claims may be resolved through:

  • Replacement shipment
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit

Branding & Resale

  • Wholesale products are intended for resale through the buyer’s approved sales channels.
  • Resale under the original Bola Bag branding is allowed unless otherwise agreed.
  • Use of Bola Bag’s official photos, content, or marketing materials requires prior approval.

OEM / Private Label / Custom Logo services may be available upon request, depending on order volume and product feasibility.

Confidentiality

All wholesale pricing, terms, quotations, and product development details provided by Bola Bag are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written permission.
